Delivery for considered projects.

Collection by appointment is Eurosugi's preferred fulfilment method. Belgian delivery is not a standard checkout service: it is available only on request for orders from €150 excluding VAT, after Eurosugi confirms the transport quotation, delivery appointment and lead time. No Standard or Express rate applies.

Please inspect the shipment at delivery and report visible transport damage promptly with photographs so that we can assist the carrier and assess the claim.

Collection at Schellebelle is Eurosugi's preferred option and is available only by appointment after confirmation that the goods are ready. Bring the order reference and, where applicable, proof of payment. There is no payment terminal at the collection location.

Consumers purchasing as consumers may notify us within 14 calendar days after physical receipt that they withdraw from a distance purchase, except where a legal exception applies. Contact us before returning goods so that the return can be identified and handled safely.

Returned goods must be unused, complete and protected for transport. Unless Eurosugi agrees otherwise, return transport is at the customer's cost and risk. Refunds follow the applicable consumer rules after the returned goods or proof of return have been received.

The statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply to purchases made for professional use, and may not apply to goods made to specification or otherwise exempt under applicable law.

For consumers, the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies. It is not limited by this policy. Natural variation in wood, including grain, colour and surface character, is part of the material and is not in itself a defect.

For professional customers, any agreed commercial warranty or product documentation applies in addition to mandatory law. Contact Eurosugi promptly with your order reference, photographs and a clear description of a suspected defect.
