Clear terms for material orders.

A quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states another period. An order is accepted when Eurosugi confirms it, accepts payment where required, or dispatches the goods. Product images and samples communicate the character of a natural material; reasonable variation does not change the agreed product specification.

Prices are in EUR. Shopify checkout displays the applicable tax, shipping charge and total before you place an order. For a bank transfer, follow the payment instructions and reference provided with the order. Eurosugi may suspend dispatch until cleared funds are received where advance payment applies.

Delivery timing depends on availability, carrier capacity and the confirmed delivery method. For consumers, risk transfers when the consumer or a person designated by the consumer takes physical possession, subject to mandatory law. For business customers, risk transfers at collection or hand-over to the carrier unless a written agreement provides otherwise. Title remains with Product-Proof bv until full payment is received.

The customer must check suitability, installation method and maintenance requirements for the project. Report a concern promptly with the order reference and evidence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

For business customers, liability is limited to the extent allowed by Belgian law and does not include indirect or consequential loss unless such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

The shipping and returns policy forms part of these terms. It explains consumer withdrawal, professional-order treatment and the legal guarantee of conformity. A professional order cannot be cancelled unilaterally once accepted unless Eurosugi agrees in writing or mandatory law requires otherwise.

Belgian law applies. For business disputes, the courts with jurisdiction in Ghent are competent, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rules. Consumers retain the mandatory protections and forum rights granted by applicable law.
